On 7000 Unified storage what you need to do is this. Create initiator group. Configuration SAN iSCSI Initiator Create new group and add what ever initiator you want to present the LUN to. Then go to the LUN, and assign that LUN to that initiator group.
It just like doing lun masking on traditional array. By default everything is mapped to default initiator group which is wide open. Hopes that help.
