Thanks for the clever idea for storing anchor charts. While we're on that topic I had another question.
How do you all create an environment in which students have a need and desire to return to the anchor charts. I find that in my classroom, once the chart is done, we have moved on and the focus is on a new chart. Of course there is reason to integrate the past lessons into the current work, but honestly my kids do not initiate returninig to anchor charts. Even if I gave them easy access I don't imagine them at that stand looking for a particular chart. What am I missing?
