[sugar] 9.1 Proposal: Security and Isolation

I'm proposing a talk I really want Michael Stone to give.  But I'm
willing to lead off with a short talk on "things I'd like to see in
9.1":

    * Implementation of P_SF_CORE, P_SF_RUN
    * Validating new versions of an activity.
    * Mechanism to validate updates to loopholed activities & allow
user to manage exceptions
    * Persistent activity storage
    * NSS modules for rainbow users and for olpc/root users
