sundials in Florida with wedges

Hi Everyone,
     I just made another of my standard 40 degree horizontal sundial on a 4 1/4 
inch ceramic tile that I personal ize  with their name and some picture of what 
they are interested in and the words “Time to …..”  and “Enjoy your retirement. 
“   I do this as a way of promoting sundials for people where I work.    
 
     My next sundial is for someone that is moving to Florida, so I have to 
make a wedge to tilt the front end of the sundial down about one inch.  Since 
many mass –produced sundials are made for 40 degrees, I was wondering is that 
common to see sundials with wedges in Florida?
