I am not convinced that IAPS references International Association of Physics Students in this usage. Why would that organization have a "listing, May 95" associated with a sundial? That seems a reach at best to me.
Granted, this dial is located on a U. of H. campus but the bronze casting is a piece of art by a campus faculty member. It is not a functional sundial, though folks often think so.
