[svg-developers] Re: Nice PowerPoint /SV tutorial, but "Object library not registered"

This feature got introduced by the latest asv3 security patch. 
Henceforth the typelib info is broken. I recall it used to work with 
asv 3.0.  Nevertheless, don't bother, this kind of embedding svg in 
ms pp was unsuitable (extremely slooow) .
