[swinog] Status powerloss french part of Switzerland

As most of you probably know, at least Geneva and Lausanne had a major 
powerloss between 14hxx and 15hxx (or even 16hxx). I've heard that other 
parts of the country have been affected as Vevey and Fribourg(?)

So far, most of the networks are fully operational. However, I've noticed 
that IP-Worldcom (AS12651) is completly off the net.

Does anyone have to report /things/ that are still known to be down?
