Nice work Tim! Thanks for putting in the extra effort to document
EPrints XML w/ the IETF community. As you point out, ,it'll work
better w/ SWORD, AtomPub and on the Web generally I think. Hopefully
this can serve as a model for other efforts in the digital
library/repository space.
