Syslog implementations dealing with DBCS

Hi all,

I wonder if there are any syslog implementations out that deal with DBCS
as found in Asian languages. Even if not specifically supported, are
there some implementors on this list that can share what happens if DBCS
characters are transported using their syslog implementation?

Any feedback deeply appreciated.
