Issue 11 - Non-US-ASCII Characters in MSG - RESOLVED

Hi Folks,

Just a reminder about our open issues in draft-ietf-syslog-sign-12.txt
The issues are here:

Hearing no objections to Issue 11, I'm going to call it RESOLVED and ask
that the ID be changed to state that printable characters may be used in
syslog messages.
