Nancy, thanks for posting the very interesting text about TW in ancient
China.  Could you tell us how you obtained a copy of the book?  Are you
trying to contact the author for more details?

I have a letter already on its way to the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology which is the closes institution I could find in Beijing to that mentioned in the article.  Since the author was actually only a compiler, I did not think he would have any more information and would be rather difficult to track down anyway.

And the book was available through interlibrary loan.
