This band has all tablets threaded in the same direction.
What is the correct word or phrase for this?
I'm not sure of the correct term, but I tend to use 'warp manipulation', to 
cover flipping, idling, changing turning direction - but specifically when 
I'm using a warp of one colour, so the pattern is really just the play of 
light (and sometimes texture).
