It's not a huge concern in my city where the number of anonymous notes can
easily be handled by the number of interested mappers (namely, myself,
mhenson, weirdo, andy51edge, Daniel Jeffries, and dmw918. I've also seen a
number of edits by RetroGameBoy in the area that at first, were obviously
only to game Pokemon Go, but have since leveled out at a substantially
higher and more accurate quality over time.

Not saying my edits are always high quality (they're not, particularly my
oldest edits), but I have, from day one, participated with an assumption
that I would improve my mapping game (I like to think I have,
substantially) and that I or someone else wouldn't at least find my edits
as a starting place for something of higher precision or accuracy later (I
often have, on multiple consecutive occasions).
