My vote goes for WinEdt, of course:-) Just have a look at 
WinEdt2K beta:-) It's amazingly powerful indeed. As for the 
similarity to TB's editor, WinEdt can be tuned as you like it in 
wide range, from TB-like behaviour to the Word-like one... And 
it offers support for regexps & scripting, too:-)
