So,  probably I should make a backup from TB! data and folders, remove
TB!  from  HD  and install it again, recovering the backup. By the way
the AV is Kaspersky.

Otherwise  what else should I try to not get such annoyed prompt? I am
not  blaming  TB!  features. It seems to me, though, that there are so
many information to customize that I might be puzzled.

Regarding   the   international   package   I've  mentioned  only  for
information purposes.
