TB! does not minimalize to tray anymore

OS: Win 7 Pro 64-bit
TB! version: Pro 4.2.23

Since this morning TB! won't minimize to tray or taskbar anymore.
When I start TB! from the Start Menu it jumps quickly to the foreground as 
though it has been minimized.

I have been experimenting with the options about minimizing to tray and to 
taskbar, but the problem remains.

Can anyone help?
