[TECH] Voting Technology Conference at Caltech

The Voting Technology Conference was a very informative event at
Caltech last weekend .  The Caltech/MIT project is a leading US initiative to
make progress on a  palette of difficult problems in elections in the US, from
voter  registration, to voting, to social aspects of new technologies.

Copies of the presentations are available at the MIT/Caltech voting
site, at http://www.hss.caltech.edu/~voting/  -- new entries are still
being added daily, as authors send their copies.
