PHP, Mime, and IIS

Hello-   We are new to tilt and are attempting to set up on our Windows NT IIS server.  We are having trouble getting the php scripts to run properly.    We tried to create a new mime type on your server pointing .htm and .html files at the php engine.  Unfortunately, we’ve done something wrong. When we attempted to do it the browser tried to download it as a file rather than execute it as a script.  So I guess there must be a missing step.   Does anyone know how to add/change a mime type on an IIS?
