James: Well, i'm not sure how much light i can shed on this having been out of touch with TILT for a while now, but it looks definately like a problem with the way permissions have been set for the tilt_web user on the MySQL database. I'd try consulting the MySQL support pages about setting permissions on the user. While probably not much help, I think you can narrow the problem to the database settings and not really an issue with TILT running.
