regcode.js is not parsing

Title: regcode.js is not parsing

I successfully modified httpd.conf to parse all the html files in the tilt subdirectory; but now, regcode.js will not parse.  I don't know _javascript_; so, I don't know what it's parsing needs are.  Any suggestions?
