Maybe you already know, but FYI: While B6 is an important vitamin, taking too much has been known to cause numbness in the feet, hands, and mouth, and instability in walking. Also, nervousness, insomnia, frequent urination. But last I heard, 100 mg/day is considered safe. But no, I've never tried taking extra for the tingling, etc., as taking more than 5-10 mg has an adverse effect on me. But everyone's different - this is just me. Please let us know how it works if you try it. Sally
