Forward it, do NOT copy/paste, use forward...to [EMAIL PROTECTED].
 
They can tell you that it's fake, but it's best if the message is forwarded...that way, they get all of the message headers.

   ~Don't do it!! This is a crock of ca-ca if ever I saw one! *Never* give out your SSS#, first of all, ever, or *anything. And unless you're using an SSL page for making a purchase, *never* give out a credit card #. Besides, eBay themselves never get access to credit or debit card #'s...you make your purchases directly from the selling party.
     I'd say you should report this immediately, but I don't know to whom....heh...

For any eBay users out there, did you get this in your inbox?  It came in my
Junk Mail folder.  I'm very leery about doing this, especially since they
asked for my social security number.  I don't remember giving out my S.S.N
the first time I signed up with them.
