where is a text/html;charset= ?

Hi everybody,

How can I see the complete output stream for each http request?

I tried:

$telnet localhost 8080
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
GET /
<html><head><title>Hello Test4</title></head><body></body></html>
---------
Where is a "text/html;charset=..."? or I'm missing something?
