Hello Stewart I'm having severe problems connecting my Pronto to my G4 Quicksilver Mac. I have the high-speed Keyspan connector and I've downloaded the drivers from Keyspan's website. When I try to identify the Pronto via the File>Locate Pronto menu, it begins loading but at the 50% stage it suffers a Kernel panic crash and I have to reboot my system. I love the look of your project Stewart but I must confess that I find it extremely confusing for a new user. I have downloaded all the FAQ's from Remote Central but even these don't clarify things a great deal. A step by step guide for total beginners which assumed that you knew nothing would be would be fantastic for people like me.
