Geoff, You are experiencing a bug in the 10.1.4 OS X system that is beyond my control. In fact, I've been trying to find someone who is having the problem reliably so I can formulate a better report for Apple. The problem seems to occur only on some types of hardware. It does not happen on my systems. If you are willing, I really need the crash information for my report. If you are uncomfortable or unwilling to doing this, I totally understand. Apple says the crash information can only be obtained by writing it down by hand. I wish I had a better answer for you, but this only started showing up a few weeks ago when the 10.1.4 system update went out. To the general lack of documentation in Tonto, I understand that this can be frustrating. There is a modest web site, FAQ and mailing list which is about all I have time for at the moment. I will add this to the FAQ for anyone else who bumps into this problem. regards, stewart Geoff Robinson wrote: >Hello Stewart > >I'm having severe problems connecting my Pronto to my G4 Quicksilver Mac. > >I have the high-speed Keyspan connector and I've downloaded the drivers from >Keyspan's website.
