There doesn't appear to be unfortunately.  About a year ago they
offered to help import projects migrating, but never got around to it
and have made it policy not to do so now.

They appear to be related to the HA Proxy SourceForge is using.

Amazingly it looks like there has been activity within the past 4 days
on #1663... so maybe the problem will finally get resolved.
