[Trac] Bulk ticket creation using csv file

Dear Trac Users,

I have got the similar tasks which I need to convert into trac tickets. I'd
like to implement the mechanism which allow me to pass csv file with
mandatory ticket columns.
Please, advise me some hint how to proceed. I don't want to write new ticket
into trac db directly and prefer to use native trac functionality.
