i saw a discussion about cheetah and mako:
http://groups.google.com/group/mako-discuss/browse_thread/thread/d54af08d79d0cf15,
is there something similar for jinja2 as well? what would be the
benefits?

as trac-0.10 run quite sucessfully without genshi i was also wondering
what (technically) what trac / trac plugins would loose if there are
no stream filters or match templates?

rupert.
