[Trac] About TRAC create/update ticket notifications (xmlrpc.net)

Hi,

I would like to know how can I use xmlrpc.net functionality to receive
event notification when a TRAC ticket is updated or created. I am
using XmlRpcPlugin as XmlRpc server.
