TrinuxAG

Hi,

How can stuff be saved to the loop file system that is extracted when
trinuxAG boots?  For instance, modifications to scripts, etc... 
Everytime I make a change to the trinux files they revert to their
original incarnation after rebooting trinuxAG.  

Any help is appreciated!
