Scheduler service

Am I the only one for whom the TrubineSchedulerService screws up at the 
end of DST?

Before DST ended here in Australia the other day I thought the scheduler 
ran jobs that occurred in the hour that clocks were put back were 
executed twice, but on closer examination of the logs I see that all 
jobs for that 24 hour period executed twice!

Can anybody tell me if the Quarts scheduler fulcrum component has this 
problem?
