Composite configuration and OSGi questions

Hi,

1) are there any plans to provide tools (e.g. eclipse plugins) to
provide a GUI for component and composite configuration and wizards for
service creation ?
2) when excactly are .composite files loaded ? How does this behave in
an OSGi runtime? Do composite configurations interfere with OSGi dynamic
classloading ?
3) in an OSGi runtime, would it be possible to replace the
implementation of an existing service dynamically ?
4) is it possible to define composites and components not statically via
.composite files but dynamically ?
