[twincling] Telugu support in polyglossia XeLaTex

We are trying to add Telugu support to the polyglossia package in
XeLaTex. We managed to create a language definition file (LDF) for
Telugu but it is not rendering correctly as the placements are off
(See attached render.png). Can anyone please help us out ?
