Jim's Big Book

Jim Gladstone, neighbor, friend, UCPride member, and local impresario
(the Inquirer said so) has just had his first novel published and it is
finally in stores. The book is called The Big Book of Misunderstanding.
I'm not going to risk miscategorizing it but I really enjoyed early
excerpts of it. I believe its safe to say it's still about a family, one
of whose members is a young gay man. You may have already read/heard
Jim's short fiction, critiques, essays, interviews and even product
packaging in local and national media of all sorts. To find out more
about Jim (he's taken) or The Big Book of Misunderstanding visit
http://www.misunderstanding.net. To try before you buy, get an autograph
from the literary world's next IT boy, to get answers to some of life's
peskier questions or to get the behind the scenes story of the blue M&M
you'll want to attend one of Jim's local readings. He'll be at
Giovanni's Room on Sunday, Feb 24th at 5:30, and at the Main Branch of
the Free Library in the Montgomery Auditorium on Tues, Feb 26th at 7:00.
There will also be other events in Philadelphia and around the country.
Don't forget there's only 338 days until Christmas. Isn't there a reader
on your gift list?? -Ricky
