[URGENT NOTICE] Recycling at the Firehouse Market Sat Jan 22 is CANCELLED

I learned this afternoon from Bob Pierson, the overall Partnership Recycling co-ordinator, that the Streets Department has decided to cancel Partnership Recycling for tomorrow. Apparently they are under severe pressure to put a snow plow on every vehicle available and set them aside for snow removal. Streets at first agreed to try to find crews and "alternate trucks" but as of 8 PM there was no word this would actually happen. THE OFFICIAL STATUS RIGHT NOW IS THAT RECYCLING IS OFF for tomorrow.   IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE IN THIS I WILL SEND ANOTHER E-MAIL.   My best advice right now is to expect that there will be no recycling tomorrow Saturday Jan 22.
