Dear Greening volunteers,
Snow may be on the ground but Spring is in the air!  Cedar Park Neighbors is collaborating with the Cross Baltimore Tree Tenders for another tree planting extravaganza on 49th St. below Baltimore, 4900 Florence and 4800 Florence.  Volunteers are needed.  Tools will be provided.  Over 400 square feet of cement will be removed and the earth will be breathing easier with 20 new trees.  No experience necessary.  We will learn on the job from our experienced Tree Tenders.  Children are also welcome to participate.
 
Come join us!  Meet on Saturday, March 19, 10:00 am at the corner of 49th St. and Florence Avenue.  If you bring shovels, be sure to label them.
