Thanks for your response, Alexander.

I did actually read the INSTALL file (and the documentation on the
website)... and continued to struggle, hence I thought I'd email the list.

Basically, my UNIX/LINUX knowledge is non-existant. I've FTP'd the tar file
to our LINUX box, and have extracted it... but where to go from there??? I
haven't got a clue.

Take a look into INSTALL file. It has all necessary instructions.
