 Good morning Alexander,

 The files are part of an on-going project to create a hebrew spell-checker and can be 
downloaded from:

ftp://ftp.ivrix.org.il/pub/ivrix/src/cmdline/spell/

 I use the hebrew.aff renamed to he.aff and the words.txt renamed to he.dict.
