There is a new book with an insightful perspective on Ugandan society,
culture and politics written by Dr. Arnold Bisase.   I read it and found it
to be informative, entertaining and  educational.  It should be a required
reading for every Ugandan,  really all Africans and friends of Africa.  This
book is a wake-up call.
