Also, State Rep. Jim Roebuck's office on the 4700 block of Baltimore has a notary who will provide this service for free.

If you're willing to walk as far as 45th & Spruce, Pauline Borkon -- who spends a lot of time at the SHCA clubhouse -- is a notary and does not charge local residents for her service. Call SHCA first to see if she's in. Al Krigman
