[S2] Jscalendar plugin does not work in S2.1.x

hi,

I followed the instructions here:
http://code.google.com/p/struts2jscalendarplugin/wiki/FAQ

but the jscalendar does not render ... is there anything extra to do 
when using with S2.1.x? is it confirmed to work/not work with that version?
