Scrolling -

I am running RH-7.3 and Beonex 0.8.1 -

When reading email I often forget and use the down arrow key to 
scroll
through text without first pressing the "Tab" key, which then 
dumps me
into the next message down in the list. Very annoying to me. Does 
anyone
know how to set the default condition so that it will scroll the 
text
initially?

In addition when reading text with the browser if the down arrow 
key is
held a trifle too long it scrolls uncontrollably through the 
document
all the way to the end, also an annoying problem that I would 
like to be
able to reconfigure somehow?

Other than that I prefer this version to anything else I have used.

Any suggestions appreciated.
