ps:  BTW, has anybody written import routines so pre-existing
allocations can be brought in with minimal manual intervention?

pps:  We hope to use FreeIPdb for documenting our IP allocations and
utilization in preparation for an ARIN request.  Any pointers would be
appreciated.
