This is a know issue [1] with our DirectWrite/Direct2D font rendering on Windows using the new HarfBuzz based common layout when OpenGL rendering is enabled.
As a workaround, disable OpenGL rendering to revert to GDI+ rendered HarfBuzz layout that is not affected.
