Error reading from fd

Hi

       Iam trying to configure Kannel to connect to my SMSC using UCP

But I have some problems

 

The error stack

2003-02-19 08:15:13 [5] ERROR: EMI2[SMSC1]: connection closed in wait_for_ack

 

I think kannel is waiting for the acknowlegement to be sent by the peer but it is not getting one

What might be the possible reasons for this problems?

port = 7854
keepalive = 30
idle-timeout = 50
