Dear All Can you please let me know how can we get DLR's of SMS being rejected due to invalid number on SMSC level as operator is rejecting the SMS by the following error
SMSC returned error code 0x0000009b (Unknown/Reserved) in response to submit_sm PDU and due to which the sender awaits delivery of the sent message Is there any workaround to send failed delivery to the message sender Thanks Ahmed
