[Trinidad] Table pagination not showing up

I can’t see anything wrong in the server console, is there any way to enable 
more thorough debug messages ?

Here’s what it looks like: http://imgur.com/a/qFKsm . I have also noticed that 
table banding doesn’t seem to work either... Is there some setting in web.xml 
or something I need to configure to get this to work?

I’m using 2.1.2, but I have tried with 2.2.0 as well. My table is as follows:

Hello,
I’m trying to get the Table component to show the pagination as can be seen 
here 
http://example.irian.at/trinidad-components-showcase/component-demo/table-Pagination
I have set rows=”25”, I have also tried with another number, the table does 
show 25 entries but the pagination bar at the top doesn’t show

Anybody have the same problem?
