As far as I know the publications of Chanterelle are out of print. (Emailed 
them some time ago).

In case you can't find it in any library:

I've got a copy of transcripts of some pieces by LeRoy and Phalèse from 
Valerie Sauvage (France).
He plays some pieces by Leroy on Youtube.

PS: I'd branded the French music as "easily accessible" only because
Chanterelle published a couple facsimile compilations of Morlaye's and Le
Roy's guitar books with James Tyler as editor.  Many decent music 
libraries
should have these, and they should be easy to access via any university's
interlibrary loan system.
