Thanks to everyone who replied to this query.   I knew he was supposed to be 
producing a second volume, but thought he never got around to it.

If it is just a study of the dances I'm probably not missing a great deal as 
most of this information seems to come from Cotarelo y Mori anyway.

When I sourced my copy of Michael Lorimer's facsimile edition he had not 
completed the 2nd volume which was to be a discussion on the various dance 
forms etc.

I know two editions. The first by Craig Russell you can get easily
