That is just Cpanel3 which I already have on the list, but it seems there is
some issue at to weither or not you can buy it now. It seems the company went
under or some such thing, and another company bought the rights to the code and
is releasing a new version called "Dark Panel" or something like that. If you
visit the isp-webhosting@isp-webhosting mailing list you will see the discussion
about it.
